Dawn and Night

I'm on time this year! Yay!

This year is..... Sidus and Aurora.

I've had this idea in my head for a few months. Aurora is the name meaning dawn right? And Sidus means star... so this was born. The two of them, with reflected light of dawn and night. Hence the title.
The water and star in the center is a representation of them. The star is part of the royal family's emblem, and Aurora is a waterbender. So yes.

Originally, this wasn't inspired by the song. I was on my YouTube account, and it came up and I thought it fit, so here it is!

As you can imagine, Aurora's skin hated on me to the extreme. I re-did it at least three or four times. I'll post the WIPs when I have more energy.
I tried a new style for their hair, and for a first attempt, I think it turned out okay (even though I had to redo it a bunch as well *glares at Sidus*)

All and all, I love this picture. It is my (current) masterpiece. I'm really happy how it turned out, even if I'm not completely satisfied with Aurora. XD
